Succulents & Sangria

Saturdays are for cute plants and fruity drinks!

Join us for desert vibes and good times as we explore the fascinating world of succulents and their pokey counterparts, cacti! 

We’ll start the evening with an introduction to succulents that will cover everything you’ve ever wanted to know about your favorite desert dwellers. You’ll learn tons of fun facts, helpful care tips, propagation techniques, and more. We’ll even teach you how to identify different species and create your own succulent soil mix at home.

Once you’ve learned the secrets to making succulents thrive, you’ll have the chance to get your hands dirty and create your own succulent bowl. We’ll provide all the tools and materials you’ll need to make a custom succulent arrangement that will add life and beauty to your home. Cheers!

  • An overview of succulents and their care by shop owner Amanda Hill

  • A multi-page handout filled with succulent facts and care instructions

  • All of the components you’ll need to create your own succulent arrangement

Tea & Terrariums

Create your own magical miniature world!

During this hands-on, beginner-friendly workshop, we’ll discuss the history of the terrarium and learn about the elements that make up these mini ecosystems. You’ll get to choose your own plants and we’ll guide you through step-by-step instructions on how to build your terrarium in a closed glass container.

What’s included in the workshop:

  • A multi-page handout filled with helpful plant care information and tips

  • A glass container, pixie plants, and all materials needed to build your own terrarium
