Plant therapy meets sound therapy in our Succulents & Sound workshop!

During this unique, hands-on experience, you’ll get to create your own “zen bowl” with succulents and crystals while enjoying a relaxing sound bath by local singing bowl artist Christina Arenas.

What is included in the workshop:

• A multi-page handout filled with information about chakras, crystals, and succulents

• Guided meditation and singing bowl sounds by Christina Arenas

• An overview of succulent care and crystal properties by shop owner Amanda Hill

• All the materials you’ll need to create your own succulent and crystal arrangement

• Wine, non-alcoholic beverages and light snacks

About the instructors:

• Tampa native Christina Arenas (@christinathelightworker) celebrates self-love and nature through her business and community activism. A certified yoga instructor, sound healing practitioner, and reiki practitioner, Christina integrates these practices to create an enlightening SoulCare experience for your healing journey.

• Amanda Hill is a lifelong plant lover who descends from a family of horticulturalists. She founded Wild Roots six years ago to share the magic of plants with her community.
