Join us for a magical evening filled with crystals, air plants and astrology!

In this workshop, you will create personalized air plant terrariums while learning about your birth charts. We’ll guide you through the different air plants in the shop and the elemental associations of crystals and gemstones, which you can pick and choose from to build a glass globe terrarium that perfectly reflects you.

What is included in the workshop:

• An overview of air plant care and crystal properties, by shop owner Amanda Hill

• An introductory lesson on the birth chart by local author and astrologer Lorraine Monteagut. You’ll go home with a beautiful frameable birth chart.

• A step-by-step guide to building a terrarium that’s yours to keep, including a glass globe, an air plant, and three crystals

• Wine/beverages and light snacks

About the instructors:

• Lorraine Monteagut, PhD, is a writer, astrologer and tarot reader. Her recently published book, Brujas: The Magic and Power of Witches of Color, is available down the street from Wild Roots at Tombolo Books!

• Amanda Hill descends from a family of horticulturalists and opened Wild Roots five years ago to share the magic of plants with her community.

• Birth time (if you don’t know, leave blank; input 00 for seconds)

• Birth location
